HTH 212:  Leadership for School Change

In this course, we explored how we can affect change in our schools through formal and informal action.  We took action by thinking about our own dreams for our schools.  I started a Parent Connection group at our school where parents met with one another to chat about curriculum, their children, and the school in general.  With this project, I posed the same question to my students, staff, and parents:  What would your dream school be like, sound like, feel like?  It was an amazing experience to hear from the students, staff, and parents, sharing common values and visions for school.
